I believe psychotherapy offers a valuable path to emotional healing and personal growth. By offering a confidential space to address challenges and enhance self-awareness. We can improve our relationships with both ourselves and other people.

I am accredited with the National Counselling Society. As well as a full Associate Member of the Stockwell Psychotherapy Centre in Colchester Essex.

With a Masters degree in Counselling Psychotherapy and many years experience in Acute Mental Health and Residential Children's Homes. Has given me a wealth of experience in listening, thinking and providing context and understanding to even the complex of problems. Making me an ideal person to come to with both Mental Health and difficult Interpersonal issues.
